Gouda cheese shavings are an addition that will enrich the taste of many dishes: pizza, burgers, casseroles. It tastes great when baked, but can also be eaten raw. Gouda cheese in the form of shavings is a practical solution – it does not need to be cut or grated, which saves time in the kitchen.
Gouda is a Dutch-type rennet cheese. It matures for about 6 months, thanks to which it achieves a full, slightly sweet taste. It is fatty and creamy, perfect for baking.

After heat treatment, the Gouda cheese shavings create a crispy, slightly chewy layer.

Gouda cheese shavings can be easily used in the kitchen. Just scatter them evenly over the prepared dish. Gouda cheese in the form of shavings with a diameter of approx. 3 mm will be a good addition to salads, hamburgers, meat dishes, pizza and casseroles. It is efficient and allows you to diversify the taste of dishes at a low cost.
