Cheeses offered in the form of ready-made granules are sold in packages weighing 3 kg. The product is packed in safe foil intended for contact with food. After opening, the granules are ready for use. The shape of small cubes with dimensions of 5 x 5 x 5 mm makes it suitable for both large pizzas and small casseroles.
Granulated cheeses can be used alone or combined with other species with a more distinctive taste. The heat-treated product changes its consistency into a uniform, malleable mass.
