Ardamex’s offer includes vegetable stuffings that meet various needs. Mushroom stuffing is made of blanched mushrooms with onion and spices. The vegetables are cut into sticks and then fried. Pack the aromatic vegetable stuffing in a bucket. The net weight is 5.6 kg.

Another example of vegetable stuffing available in the Ardamex offer is cabbage stuffing. It is based on sauerkraut with the addition of mushrooms, onions, carrots and spices. The cabbage is first finely ground and the mushrooms are shredded into pieces with a diameter of 3 millimeters. The onion is cut into cubes.

After appropriate heat treatment, cabbage stuffing is an interesting ingredient in many dishes. Like mushroom stuffing, it is available in a bucket package and weighs 5.6 kg.
